Salesforce QA Analyst

We're looking for a QA Analyst to join a team responsible for the quality and reliability of Salesforce-based solutions supporting CRM, Sales, Service, and broader enterprise functions. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to validate business requirements, test Salesforce configurations, integrations, and downstream systems, and ensure successful, low-risk releases across Sandbox, UAT, and Production environments — all within an established Agile delivery process.

Analyze requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
Execute functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, smoke, and exploratory testing.
Validate Salesforce configurations, including Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and business processes.
Test integrations between Salesforce and external applications, APIs, middleware platforms, and downstream systems.
Perform data validation activities using Salesforce reports, SOQL, Data Loader, and other data verification tools.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
Support release validation activities across Sandbox, UAT, and Production environments.
Collaborate with Agile teams during sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, and release activities.
Contribute to automation initiatives using tools such as AccelQ, Playwright, or equivalent testing frameworks.
Provide risk assessments, quality metrics, and release recommendations to stakeholders.

Solid Quality Assurance background with strong hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications.
Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, Flows, integrations, and security models.
Experience validating REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.
Experience with defect management and test management tools.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Fluent English for daily comunication with international teams

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, App Builder, AI Associate, or equivalent).
Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Media Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Data Cloud.
Test automation experience with AccelQ, Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release validation.
Performance and integration testing experience.
